Englisch: Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) – Holiday Villa Villa Picobello

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the holiday accommodation "Villa Picobello" by the operator Tomas Della Pepa, An der Fohlenweide 20, 67112 Mutterstadt, Germany, to guests.

2. Booking and Conclusion of the Contract

A binding rental agreement between the guest and the landlord is concluded upon confirmation of the booking (in writing or electronically).

3. Payment

The rental price shall be paid as specified in the booking confirmation.
A deposit of 30% may be required. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

4. Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

Different arrival or departure times are only possible by prior arrangement.

5. Use of the Accommodation

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking.
Subletting is not permitted.

6. House Rules

The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with due care and to comply with the house rules.

7. Cancellation

The following cancellation policy applies:
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Thereafter: 50–90% of the rental price

The effective date for the cancellation is the date on which the cancellation is received.

8. Liability

The landlord shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for valuables brought onto the premises by the guest.

9. Final Provisions

German law shall apply. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
